48 hours before kickoff

  • Brief signed and stored.
  • Access confirmed (not "requested").
  • Stakeholders on calendar with decision authority.
  • Success metric restated in client words.
  • Internal owner assigned in delivery queue.

During kickoff

  1. Confirm stages and communication channel.
  2. Show where status will live (portal or shared view).
  3. Agree response SLAs both directions.
  4. Book next checkpoint before hanging up.

Use this as a working checklist inside your team first.
